If you are using AppRiver, you may need to allowlist our domains, IPs, and URLs within their system.

Adding IP Addresses to the allowlist
- Log in to the AppRiver Admin Area > SpamLab Admin.
- Select the Filters tab.
- Click on the IP Addresses option in the left-side navbar.
- In the Allowed IP Addresses section, click the Add button and add Phin IP Addresses.
- Click Save.
Preventing AppRiver from rewriting Phishing Links
We recommend further allowlisting the sending domains we use to help prevent false positive clicks. To do this, please:
- Access the Customer Portal
- Select Email Threat Protection > Link Protection > Edit.
- Under Policy Options, enter Phin domains.
