ConnectWise Security360

The integration with ConnectWise Security360 and Phin allows you to sync data for the sites mapped in the Asio platform. ConnectWise built this integration.

Overview:

The integration captures the data below:

• Employee Training Stats
• Phishing Campaigns
• Security Trainings

This data is displayed on the Training screen.

Requirements:

To get started with the integration, you need to find your Phin ID #

• Log in to the Phin Portal: https://portal.phinsec.io/
• Click on  the integrations icon
• Choose connect on the ConnectWise Security360 tile

• Copy your Phin Partner ID shown below
• Generate API Key as well to connect the integration

Configure the integration:

• In the Asio platform, navigate to Security> Security Overview>Integration Setup
• Search for Phin Security
• Click on Actions>Integrate
• Enter the Phin Partner ID in the Partner ID field and the API Key you generated in the Phin portal into the Access Token field
• Click Test Connection to verify the connection
  • If successful, click Save and Proceed
  • If unsuccessful, repeat the steps, but if you believe it is correct, reach out to ConnectWise for support
• Click on the sites you want to enable the integration for and map the Phin Security sites to the corresponding site in the Asio platform by selecting the desired sites to sync the data
  • Note: If there is a spelling inconsistency between Phin and ConnectWise, they are displayed as two different companies. If the company does not exist in Phin Security, a new site is created that matches the Asio platform name.
• Click Save and Proceed
• Click Continue  to confirm the action
• Click Complete Setup
• You will get a Success message confirming that the setup is complete

Training Screens Dashboard in Asio:

• To access this screen, navigate to Security>Training in the Asio platform

• Click on the individual tiles to view the user details in each category
  • Overall Risk Score
  • Training Overview
  • Phishing Campaigns
  • Assigned Courses
