Early on, Kelley Create’s team needed to re-create one-off campaigns to be continuous. The process to automate across all tenants was straightforward and completed in just a few days.
Integrations with Microsoft and ConnectWise further reduce service desk friction. As an MSP that handles 350 reported phishing emails per month, Phinbox IQ, the new email triaging feature, has helped ensure the correct contact is coming in. Phinbox IQ’s setup is straightforward and provides all of the information they need, like message headers, right in their help desk.
