Custom Domains

You can now align training reminders, training assignment emails, and welcome emails with your brand (or each tenant's brand) for tenants who have enabled either the Microsoft DMI or Google DMI integration.

  • Set a partner-wide sending domain for training reminders/notifications and welcome emails on the Branding page at the partner level. 

  • Set a company-specific From Name + domain to tailor branding per tenant (this overrides the partner defaults). from the Branding page at each company level.

Note: If the From Email you enter is a real email in Microsoft, the display name will default to what it is set as in Microsoft, not the Phin portal.

  • Reply-to remains unchanged (it will still use the default no-reply@phinsecurity.com).
