How to Turn on Automated Reports

Turning on reporting is important to keep you and your clients in the loop on training and phishing campaigns.

  1. At the client portal, navigate to the Reporting screen by opening the menu on the left-hand side and clicking Reports.
  2. Once in the Reporting area, you can configure Monthly and Weekly reports separately.
  3. The first step is to toggle the report on, where it says "Enable Monthly Report".
  4. Then include optional reports contents.
    1. Historical data table and Users to Watch are tables that will be added to the .pdf report. If you'd like to check out examples of our .pdf reports click here
    2. .csv reports will generate as a seperate attachment. You can see an examples of what these look like here.
    3. The Phishing PDF Report is a more detailed view of phishing results that generates as its own .pdf.

    5.   Then add report recipients who will receive an email with the selected reports. Multiple email addresses can be added at once by separating them with commas.
