๐งญ Overview: What Are Shared Campaigns?
Shared Campaigns are a new way for Phin partners to create and deliver cybersecurity awareness campaigns across all their client companies.
Traditionally, each company account needed its own individual campaign setup โ audience, content, schedule, and configuration. With Shared Campaigns, partners can now create a single campaign at the partner level and share it directly with one or more companies.
This makes it easy to:
-
Launch consistent training and phishing campaigns across multiple clients.
-
Save time setting up campaigns repeatedly.
-
Update or refine a campaign once and apply changes everywhere itโs shared.
- Segment campaigns based on company requirements.
๐ก Why Use Shared Campaigns?
Shared Campaigns are built to make your life easier by minimizing the time it takes from company creation to campaign launched.
Key benefits include:
-
Reduce time spent onboarding companies โ Build a campaign once and enroll new companies into it with a couple of clicks.
-
Maintain consistency โ All companies in the same campaign receive the same content on the same schedule.
-
Stay coordinated โ Track shared campaign participation across all your enrolled companies.
โ๏ธ How Shared Campaigns Work
A Shared Campaign is created in the campaigns section at the Partner Level, where you define:
-
Audience โ For now, all active users (full company) is the only option.
-
Content โ The training topics, courses, and phishing simulations to include.
-
Schedule โ We've simplified the schedule inputs while simultaneously giving you more scheduling iterations.
Once created, you can enroll one or more companies into this campaign at either the partner or company level, supporting your preferred workflow.
๐ What is Currently Supported?
- Both continuous (training and phishing) and onboarding (training only) campaign types
- Multi-tenant bulk enrollment from a shared campaign overview page or enrollment into an existing shared campaign at the company level.
- Notable enhancements to campaign tooling for Shared Campaigns
- Scheduling that supports delivering new security awareness courses to employees anywhere from once every week to once every twelve weeks and any iteration in between.
- Content filters to fine tune continuous training campaigns - want a campaign that only includes live action courses in spanish that are no longer than 5 minutes each - no problem! Below is a list of available filters (so far):
- Topics
- Style
- Format
- Language
- Provider
- Duration
- In addition to the ability to re-order the delivery of topics, we added a courses tab so you can directly preview any courses eligible to be pulled into a continuous campaign without having to navigate to the content library.
๐IMPORTANT: This list of courses is not the order in which the courses will be delivered, it currently only acts as a library from which courses can be pulled.

Shared Campaign Limitations
Shared Campaigns do not currently support the fixed length campaign type. The Phin product team is still determining how the fixed campaign type should work at the partner level - if at all. The campaign presets functionality at the company level appears to provide the necessary experience with the exception that it doesn't have a way to launch a fixed campaign preset across several companies at once, which could be reason enough to add it.
Have thoughts on how and why fixed campaigns should be supported at the partner level as a part of Shared Campaigns - let us know through any of the feedback channels below.
