Admin onboarding has also been smooth. tekRESCUE has four admins using the platform, and Debbie notes that she never hears complaints about it (and she would if there were).

tekRESCUE values behavioral change and that's what they're getting. End users increasingly report suspicious emails instead of clicking them, and leadership engagement has improved. Debbie shared an example of a CEO recalling a Phin lesson about slowing down when rushed.
