Overview: What Are Shared Campaigns?
Shared Campaigns is a multi-tenant tool in Phin that allows partners to create and distribute cybersecurity awareness content across all their client companies.
Traditionally, each company account needed its own individual campaign setup — audience, content, schedule, and configuration. With Shared Campaigns, partners can now create a single campaign at the partner level and share it directly with one or more companies.
This makes it easy to:
-
Launch consistent training and phishing campaigns across multiple clients.
-
Save time setting up campaigns repeatedly.
-
Update or refine a campaign once and apply changes everywhere it’s shared.
- Segment campaigns based on company requirements.
Why Use Shared Campaigns?
Shared Campaigns are built to make your life easier by minimizing the time it takes from company creation to campaign launched.
Key benefits include:
-
Reduce time spent onboarding companies – Build a campaign once and enroll new companies into it with a couple of clicks.
-
Maintain consistency – All companies in the same campaign receive the same content on the same schedule.
-
Stay coordinated – Track shared campaign participation across all your enrolled companies.
How Do Shared Campaigns Work?
A Shared Campaign is created in the campaigns section at the Partner Level, where you define:
-
Audience – For now, all active users (full company) is the only option.
-
Content – The training topics, courses, and phishing simulations to include.
-
Schedule – We've simplified the schedule inputs while simultaneously giving you more scheduling iterations.
Once created, you can enroll one or more companies into this campaign at either the partner or company level, supporting your preferred workflow.
What is Currently Supported?
- Continuous campaigns for training courses and phishing simulations.
- Fixed campaigns for training content, including the ability to upload custom content (supports up to 200mb MP4 files) to the partner library and use it in fixed campaigns.
- Onboarding campaigns for training content.
- Multi-tenant bulk enrollment from a shared campaign overview page or enrollment into an existing shared campaign at the company level.
- Notable enhancements to campaign tooling for Shared Campaigns
- Scheduling that supports delivering new security awareness courses to employees from once every week to once every twelve weeks and any iteration in between.
- Content filters to fine tune continuous training campaigns - want a campaign that only includes live action courses in spanish that are no longer than 5 minutes each - no problem! Below is a list of available filters (so far):
- Topics
- Style
- Format
- Language
- Provider
- Duration
- In addition to the ability to re-order the delivery of topics, we added a courses tab so you can directly preview any courses eligible to be pulled into a continuous campaign without having to navigate to the content library.
- Custom content shared across multiple companies. Prior to this custom content could only be uploaded to each company individually and had to be repeated for each company it needed to be distributed too.
Shared Campaign Limitations
Shared Campaigns do not currently support the fixed length campaign type for phishing simulations, which means you can't currently use custom templates in shared campaigns.
